About me

2

Hi, I'm Josha.

As a freelance L&D consultant, I help organisations develop and implement learning and development strategies.

From creating new (single) custom training courses to implementing a full L&D program; I support organisations in achieving their goals. In this way I act as a connector between the goals of the organisation and the learning needs that go with it. I know how to offer that in a good, didactic way.

Thanks to my broad work experience in both education and business (B2C and B2B sales), I have developed the knowledge and skills to build learning and development strategies. I worked with companies such as Dell Technologies and Indeed as an L&D professional, content creator, talent developer and coach.

I think it's important to look at a situation from multiple perspectives. I understand not only at what the organisation needs, but also at what the employee needs. That is why I like to focus on developing the employee in an appropriate way. I investigate which initiatives are best suited: live or virtual sessions, e-learnings, (peer-to-peer) coaching, short reminders, learning paths, videos, AI, etc. It is a nice challenge for me to find a good balance in this.

I have enjoyed working and living abroad which has taught me a lot about different cultures and I speak the English language fluently. I like to work with different people and it doesnt matter to me if this is in English or Dutch.

I look forward to helping your organisation take a step forward with a lot of energy and love. Let's connect and see what I can do for you.
